Just completed a great trip on the Illinois river in Southern Oregon. It was snowing a little bit in Selma the morning we launched but the sun broke through and everyone enjoyed three days of "great Oregon weather." Who would have thought that those three words could possibly be in the same sentance?

Blue skies on the Illinois!
The river was running great, just above 1500 CFS and not a soul on the river. We had a crew of 13 with five boats and our first night we spent at Pine Flat. Waking the next morning, we found ourselves surrounded by snowy mountain ridges with a blue sky above.

Another spectacular journey to Southern Oregon. We hope to be back later this Spring but if not you are sure to see us on the Rogue this coming Fall.
Happy boating everyone,
Team Clavey
